The B&B is a guest-house , an authentic place of 3 private bedrooms( on the first floor with mountain names): the first: ROGNIER south facing, attrative surface, queen size bed (180/200). second one: The BAlme: a confort-room , double bed, (140/200) Est facing and mountain view . the third: Pointe St Jacques(family room), great volume , king size bed 200/200, and an extra-bedding. Est facing and mountain view too. Bathrooms for guest use only. Living dining room to share with the owners. The space The accommodation of the Buttardiere's B&B is in an old Savoyard farm which goes back to the XV /XVI century, fully, freshly renovated with sustainable , ecological materials. It's a warm environmentaly friendly house ( cork, slated roof whitewash.....) in a place called: Le Bauchez-Dessous, tiny hamlet, located in the small village of St Georges d'Hurtières and its historic mining site, and museum. The Buttardière is nestled in the middle of mother nature (forests, meadows), surrounded by a breathtaking mountain range, playground for experienced ( or not) sportmen of all kinds, if not daydreamers, the choice is yours. Guest access Travelers have direct access to their private bedrooms and bathrooms , as well as commun places such as living, dining room shared with the owners + balcony and land around the property. During your stay I plan to exchange with my travelers Other things to note half-board on request: 20€, , children meal (under 12)l: 8€ picnic basket on request: around 8€ breakfast included in the price of the room. no smoking area no shoes upstairs No pets
