Nice private room - near university in Norrköping

Rent a room in my early 20th century apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Norrköping and around the corner from the University, and it is also vast (100 sq. meters). You will have good night's sleep at my place- as the room is located towards the courtyard, so there is no disturbing traffic, you can sleep peacefully without noise from the street. The apartment is on the second floor. There is an elevator. We share the bathroom, and you have access to the kitchen and living room. The space The room is quiet and cozy. In the room there are a comfortable single bed (105 cm), wardrobe and workspace. You also can use the kitchen to prepare your own food and relax in the living room. Around the corner from the apartment you'll find restaurants, bars and grocery (food) - that's very comfortable. Guest access You have 24-hours access to the building with your own key. You will also have access to Wifi. You have access to the shared bathroom, kitchen and TV section in the living room. Practicalities and Clarifications: I do live in the appartment too, mainly in the space that you don´t have acsses to. So we share use of kitchen, bathroom and a part of the living room. Your main ”own space" is in your room, where I give you as much privacy as possible. Note that during your stay friends and family might be visiting me. During your stay You will be sharing the space with me and I will help with tips and advice during your stay.
