A beautiful Georgian house with period decor, situated on the sea front with spectacular views. Set in pretty private garden with ample parking and within easy walking distance of Helensburgh centre and it's excellent amenities. The house has been completely restored over the last 3 years and has particularly elegant, light and airy rooms. The cornice, woodwork and staircase are superb examples of this period. Owners next door in mews house. The space Deepdene is a large house with large public rooms .The sitting room is upstairs with views to the front. It is extremely comfortable with a large television and Sonos. The main bedroom is next to the sitting room with the views to the front and the bed positioned to take in the views. There is a very pretty twin room on this floor and also a well appointed bathroom. Downstairs at the back of the house is the third double bedroom next to the newly installed shower room. The dining room is at the front of the house a pleasure to dine in. Also at the front is the open plan kitchen sitting room (with a 65 inch television). Helensburgh has a annual food festival and so we have a large number of excellent restaurants including one with a Micheln Bib. Deepdene is only a 2 minute walk from the nearest of these excellent eateries with a beer garden on the sea front. An Artisan bread shop is a 5 minute walk away. The town centre is within walking distance but there is ample free parking in the town.
