Basement room, with 2 Double beds

A large basement room with 2 double beds with 2 working desk/chairs, 2 chest of drawers side table and large closet. The house is common to other guest/tenants. No parking available. Initially, intended for two students sharing a large room, 18' X 12', I can accommodate short term rental up to 4 people, with a full washroom that is shared with me. The main floor, is shared space with my guest/tenants and myself. If you have any queries, I will be around to assist you and answer your concerns. The space Your guest or visitors are welcome. Smoking is strictly outside. Full use of the main floor, with laundry and 5 large fridges to share with everyone. A full size fridge available. The air-duck in the house is fitted with UV (Ultra Violet) light sterilizing the air as it circulates throughout the house. Furthermore, I have also purchase additional UV and sanitize the house on regular basis and each room between bookings. UV light is used in Hospital to sterilize/disinfect. Located in Meadowvale, in Mississauga, near the major routes/Hwy and close to countryside, airport and shops, banks and public transport. Guest access The entire main floor where the Kitchen lounge, dining area and laundry and the bedroom and washroom in the basement. During your stay I am manly at home, and I am available to any questions, information, and emergency.
