The space I have two different places, Animals are allowed in this one only, it has a private fenced yard with a doggie door. There is a washing machine with cold water only and a small dryer. It has a place to BBQ. The bed is extra long twin in living room for third guest. It has a complete kitchen. Guest access There is plenty of parking, soft surf board and other beach stuff such as each towels, kids toys, and games. I have lived here 27 years and can tell you things to do if you need advice. Santa Barbara is 1.25 hours north. Other things to note It is beautiful all year round out here. There is a cover over outside space in case of rain. The place is like a cozy cabin feel. Stone keeps it cool in the heat.
