Lovely private studio apt & bath. Quiet street in the hills, but 3 min to fwy access, 5-10 min to shopping (2 malls, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc). 15 min to Topanga Cyn, 30 min from Universal Studios, Santa Monica, & Malibu beaches. Fully stocked kitchen, pretty views, private patio (shared sidewalk). Five-star amenities: Super-comfortable bed, quality linens, beautiful decor, lots of storage, private bath with everything all to yourself. SUPERIOR cleaning and disinfecting, beyond CDC req. This unit is attached to our home (shares one wall) but with its own private side entrance (shares a sidewalk with another unit, but that unit is separate.) There is one parking space for this unit. General cleaning once/mo is also included for longer-term stays (or mid-stay depending on length of reservation). My long-term discount should already calculate when you enter the number of nights, since I can now only accept 1-mo min stays. Sorry I can't do Instant Book, but I will respond ASAP to your request, and will do my best to accommodate! Thanks for understanding! I assume people staying a month or more will want their own toiletries, so those are not provided for you. But I do provide cleaning supplies like liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and other spray cleaners for everyday cleanups. You will have complete privacy in this space. No shared rooms or bathrooms. The only shared things are a sidewalk and the laundry room. There is a 9ft couch in the Living Room which I have additional bedding for, and I would allow a 3rd guest for a short-term stay. But I can't allow 3 people in this unit for the whole stay. Thanks for understanding. I work from home so I'm pretty available if you need anything. But as we request one month minimum, we hope you will feel like you live here, not a guest. So I won't be meddling! Also, because you will be "moving in" we do not supply breakfasts, bathroom soaps/shampoos, etc, as we assume you have your own preferences for those things. But you'll be welcomed with a smile (behind the mask), and a few little gifts to get you started! Looking forward to meeting you! As we are in the hills, there are beautiful views and lots of great walks/hikes in the neighborhood (good cardio!) Tons of nearby shopping, cafes/restaurants on Ventura Blvd, a library at the bottom of the hill. Warner Center office park is just a few minutes away, so our unit is perfect for corporate housing. A car is highly recommended for this location. The closest bus line is about 1 mile away. It is walkable if you like to walk hills! Some guests have done fine just using Uber/Lyft though. Laundry is on site, shared with only one other apartment. Right now the washer is free, dryer is only $1 per load. Detergent, dryer sheets and disinfectant wipes are supplied for you as well. We do have a firepit and small charcoal grill available to use on your patio, but we share those. Generally available - just ask!
