2 Boomer Drive, Pt Elliot. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. A beautiful two story, beach-house with ocean views overlooking picturesque Boomer Beach. Open plan, impeccably clean, light, airy, ceiling fans/louvres for natural air movement. Aircon (heating/cooling) in upstairs living/bedroom areas. Heater down stairs. Gas fireplace in upstairs living - providing that extra visual cosiness for winter getaways! Less than 100 m from beach with beautiful sea views in both directions. The space Comfortably sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms-beds ready made with fresh linen (Tea towels, bath towels/mats also supplied.) 3 open-space living areas and 3 bathrooms, laundry, a big well equiped kitchen, stainless steel appliances with caesar stone bench top, plenty of pots and pans to cook up a storm along with some handy pantry items. A 900mm wide oven. Open plan living/dining. Plenty of space for large families. Right on the beach front on one of South Australia's most popular holiday spots. Furnishings are extremely comfortable and are contemporary in style in neutral shades. We travel with family a bit and we think we've pretty much thought of everything to make your stay great!! Definitely no parties! Guest access The house is all yours for the duration of your stay!! closest beach is Boomer less than a minutes walk! Other things to note Beds ready made with fresh linen! Bath towels/mats, hand and tea towels also supplied. (Nb Many rental properties don't do this but we think it a true luxury to arrive at your holiday rental with everything ready to go. Enjoy!! ) The pantry has basic supplies ie flour sugar, herbs, tea, Pod coffee machine (some pods supplied to get you started!) sauces, spices, oil etc and the kitchen kitted out with everything you should want for a decent cook up!! If you run something out please replace it so the next guests have the same convenience as you ! Blue and yellow lidded rubbish bins are emptied fortnightly - the blue bin (general rubbish) emptied one week and the yellow (recycle) the next. Bin nights are Tues nights (we will let you know which one to put out!), to be emptied first light Wednesday am . If you wouldn't mind putting them out at the kerb, we would really appreciate it. And any excess rubbish that won't fit in the bins, please can you take it away with you or let us know and we can arrange someone to collect it for you at an extra cost of $40 (you pay the guy direct). We have not automatically charged you for this, as most people seem to manage the rubbish situation themselves. Any excess rubbish left behind for us to deal with (ie bottles etc outside of the bins) will be charged a flat fee of $40 and this will be taken from your bond. (As will any extra cleaning time.) Please leave the house pretty much as you found it... just like you would a friends house! This is the way Airbnb works! It's upsetting when this doesn't happen. Thankyou for this! There is also a medium-sized Webber Q and outdoor table setting with umbrella, for 6 people for your use on the deck...however we would appreciate if you would leave it clean (like you found it) after you use it! There is a midnight curfew on the entertaining deck - as we are in a residential street. We have to be mindful that some people have to get up to work in the morning and need a good nights sleep!!
