My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space. The space My Island Home has free wifi, a large open living area, 5 bedrooms, huge family room, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, laundry and front and back outside verandah entertaining areas. The open living area has a flat screen TV, cosy wood fire place with firewood provided, reverse cycle air conditioning, 12 seater dining table, large island bench and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and coffee pod machine. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, walk-in-robe and ensuite with twin shower and separate toilet. The ensuite has dual entry and therefore can be used as a second bathroom. The bedrooms are clean and spacious with ceiling fans, large windows with nice views. All the rooms are well located and offer all guest a perfect nights sleep. The huge family room has a comfortable fold out sofa lounge and TV. This room can be shut and used as a private sixth bedroom or left open and used as a second lounge room or kids inside play area. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and property. The shed and cleaners storage room are the only exception. Courier may access the shed during the day to collect/return linen. Other things to note The key code number will be sent to via Airbnb prior to your stay. Outside pets are welcome on request. No homemade curries as the smell affects our next guests, curries require more cleaning/refreshing, can stains kitchen tops and requires an extra day to air out house. Extra cleaning fee applies and a days rent to air out will be charged if no approval. Request is required for non staying visitors. $30 per guest/day charged if no approval. Outside security camera.
