We are Sylwia & Tom and we have a pleasure to offer you a PRIVATE ROOM WITH a BALCONY in the perfectly located, cozy, warm, clean and fully equipped apartment in the city center of Warsaw (Hoża Street). Just txt us via Airbnb! :-) The space We are offering you a fully equipped, very cozy, spacy, private room with a balcony, in a great location, in the city center, on the corner of Marszałkowska and Hoża Street. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is a lift in our building. ROOM: The room can be locked with a key and has: - a large double bed (140x200 cm) + a sofa (60/120x200 cm), - fresh linen and towels - a cable TV, - WiFi, - a bedside cabinet, - a big balcony - a bedside lamp, - a desk, - a wardrobe - shelves with books and tourist brochures. BALCONY: This is a private balcony and it’s only for you. There are 2 nice wooden chairs where you can wake up with the morning coffee or relax in the evening. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped and you can use everything, what is there (mugs, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, frying pan etc.). The kitchen is shared with the other guests from the other room. BATHROOM: We offer you a shared bathroom with a shower. There is a soap, shampoo, shower gel and a place for your cosmetics. The bathroom is shared with the other guests from the other room. BREAKFAST: We provide you a continental, soft breakfast (a crispbread, breakfast cereals/corn flakes, jams, marmalades, honey etc.) and beverages (several kinds of tea, coffee and milk). Additionaly there is a bottle of fresh water, a drying rack for clothes, maps and various tourist information, also an iron, an ironing board, and hair dryer in the shared space. Guest access Your room is private and locked with the key. A kitchen and a bathroom are shared with other guests. A balcony with a coffee table is only for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary accessories (cups, plates, cutlery, pots, a stove, an oven, an electric kettle, pans, a fridge) + a table. You can use everything there. The bathroom has a shower cabin. You are provided with a shampoo and a shower gel. Our storage is marked with green labels and it’s for our next guests. If you will need anything, just ask us via Airbnb. During your stay We are not living in this apartment and we are giving you a lot of freedom. But Tom is always on his mobile phone. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible through Airbnb. And of course you can always call our number and Tom will answer you. We are here for you! ;) Other things to note Currently we don’t live in this apartment, but you can always ask us anything you want. The check-in and check-out hours are flexible, however the exact times should be agreed with us before your arrival, as we may have other guests check-in or check-out on the same day and we need to schedule the cleaning time.
