Large country house in the heart of the forest

Very large house, old, isolated in a clearing in the heart of the forest. No neighbors, no road, no TV (but there is Wi-Fi!). You will have for yourselves a house of more than 300 m2 as well as 2 hectares of woods and greenery, it is a real little piece of heaven, ideal for gatherings with family or friends! The space - ATTENTION - ABOVE GROUND POOL - SEE PHOTOS - This is the house we live in year-round with our 3 children. Even though we strive to empty the cupboards to make room, please note that this is a house where we live, with some personal belongings :). The living areas are large (living room + fireplace area 75 m2, kitchen 25 m2). The living room has a wood-burning stove to supplement the heating in winter. Large bay windows overlook the garden. The MEZZANINE above the living room is spacious (50 m2), it includes a sleeping area furnished with a 160 cm bed, hidden behind screens that offer real privacy. There is also in this mezzanine a sofa bed of 120 and mattresses on the floor. THIS MEZZANINE IS DEFINED AS THE 6TH BEDROOM IN THE DESCRIPTION There are also 5 BEDROOMS, distributed as follows: - Bedroom 1: very bright bedroom throughout the day with a very well oriented bay window, a 140 cm mezzanine bed and two 90 cm beds (in "pull-out" beds). - Bedroom 2: also very bright with a bay window overlooking the garden, a 160 bed and a crib. - Bedroom 3: this is a small children's room with two 90 cm bunk beds. - bedroom 4: large (20 m2), but on 2 levels. A sofa bed of 120 on the ground floor and a bed of 140 on the mezzanine. - bedroom 5: large (20 m2) with multiple windows and a large bay window on a private terrace towards the garden, a 160 cm bed. The house has 2 BATHROOMS (one with a bath, the other with a shower) and 3 toilets (2 separate, a 3rd in the main bathroom). Outside you will find: - a barbecue and a plancha, - an above-ground pool (4.60 m in diameter, 1.20 m high), - garden games, portico, wooden cabin - a ping-pong table that's a little worn but still usable Inside: - a foosball table, - board games for all ages, - children's toys, - many books and comics In winter, the house has geothermal heating (underfloor in the bedrooms and bathrooms, radiators in the living room), as well as a wood-burning stove and a fireplace in the living room. In summer, the stone house stays cool as long as you close the openings during the day. The house is nice, under renovation (be indulgent, not everything is finished in the details!). Parties are not allowed, thank you. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! Guest access The entire house and garden (2 hectares) is available to guests. Other things to note Rental conditions: The rate is calculated by Airbnb based on the number of guests (extra charge for 10+ guests), for up to 16 people. Dish towels, hand towels, bath mats, duvets and pillows are provided. You have to bring your linens and towels. If you have any difficulties, please let us know. Cleaning before checkout, and garbage deposited in the village containers provided for this purpose. Please let us know if you're unable to complete the departure cleaning. Pets aren't allowed. Please smoke outside and be careful not to throw cigarette butts in the garden. Fires or camping in the garden are not permitted.
