The building is rated as one of the most preservable in Østerbro. It is from 1903, ceiling height 3 meters, lots of light since it is on fourth floor (keeps you fit too). Equipped with internet. 60 square meter roof terrace with view over Copenhagen and look to Sweden, with room for 20 dining people (no grill allowed on roof terrace). Washing machine, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, 40 inch television, wireless internet. There are four rooms:master bed room with 180x200 bed, living room with 230 couch you can sleep on (it is not a sleeping couch, but big enough for sleeping), dining room with seats for 8 people , my sons room with 120x200 mattres - new and better mattres bought april 2013. Possibility for two 130x200 air mattres and one 150x200 air mattres. Kitchen with room for 5-6 dining people. Balcony with room for 4 dining people. Older bathroom with shower and bathtub (expect water on the floor you will have to sweep away after you shower) In Nordre Frihavnsgade there are many shops including kiosk open 10 AM till 10 PM 30 meters, supermarket (Superbrugsen) open 8 AM till 10 PM 100 meters, 400 meters from Fælledparken the largest public park in Copenhagen (with internationel new skaterpark, artificial grass soccerfield and traffic playground and other playgrounds for the small ones). Many child attractions around, write me if you want to know :-) 500 meters from the lakes of Copenhagen, a nice biking and walking area with many restaurants and cafes. Distance to bus to city center 200 meters, bustime 7 minutes. Distance to city center 3 km Distance to nearest subway station 900 meters (trains to towncenter, airport and Sweden) Taxi to the airport around 40 euros for four persons. You can also get taxis for 6 people, think the price is about the same. Transport from the airport: Metro to Kongens Nytorv, bus 1A or taxi from there or train to Østerport, bus 1A or taxi from there.
