Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house and garden, as well as a canoe for exploring the surroundings. Other things to note Storholmen is a tranquil, car-free island with walking paths, abundant birdlife, and a peaceful, rural environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind — whether you're reading, fishing, canoeing, or just relaxing on the beach. If you’re looking for nightlife and parties, you’ll need to head into central Stockholm. On the island, however, you'll find a restaurant open on weekends where you can enjoy food and drinks, meet the friendly locals, and learn about the island’s happenings. Just a few minutes away is Bogesundslandet, a vast nature reserve with hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
