A well appointed, bright and airy appartment with a double bedroom, large lounge with sofa, small kitchenette with 2 hobs, big fridge freezer , microwave and shower room. It has a seating area in front of its door, and it’s also got its own patio underneath, accessible through a set of stairs and is located on the ground floor of the owner’s house (owner lives above). There is a big summer kitchen at the disposal of Malika 1 and Malika 2 (a studio on the top floor of the building) The space The house has sea views! And from end of street! The flat is very comfy and has a partial kitchen with a big fridge freezer and 2 hobs and microwave but the more complete pool summer kitchen is at the guests disposal, including possibility to barbecue when authorities allow it. Flat is private with a separate entrance. Free fast fiber optic WiFi. You have also an additional terrace available below your flat. Lots of beautiful miradors to walk to from my home The flat is below my living quarters, but completely separated. My property is in a very upmarket area of Javea. My home is not the most modern but it has charm and the area is very pleasant, also cooler than in downtown Javea or Arenal UPDATE SUMMER 2025 VERY IMPORTANT!! The Arenal beach is 5 km away and there are pebble beaches nearby like La Barraca and Granadella and a secret cove by Ambollo There is free parking available in front of the property You have full access to the summer kitchen by the pool There is no washing machine but a wash can be done for 5e Other things to note PLEASE NOTE !!! there are some stairs to reach the apartment I have a very friendly and beautiful but discrete cat. She won’t bother you, and her brother is hardly ever home, he chooses to live elsewhere! I live on a different floor, the middle floor, with my own entrance and there can be guests on the top floor flat, again with their own entrance, and far away from Casa Malika 1 (maybe you have friends who’d rent to join you on a vacation?) there are gas and electric hobs and a microwave and all cooking pots, plates etc I can supply an airfryer in place of oven. There is also an electric plancha on request. The coffee machine is either a Russel Hobb or a Dolce Gusto. There s also a traditional Italian one. There can be barbecue restrictions at times, dictated by the Guardia Civil, in case of prolonged drought but usually I allow barbecues provided the summer kitchen gets left clean afterwards! Want to leave your heavy beach towels at home? No problem, I have some for rental (4e) The place is peaceful so NOT geared towards parties!! The apartment is also NOT for guests of guests (unless by prior arrangement) There is no air conditioning, but fans in both rooms. I would have installed one if it had been necessary but this is an old Spanish house with very thick walls and nobody has complained about the heat even in the summer.
