A-mazing Beach Cottage on Canal & Trolley Route

Welcome to our beach house! An "A"dorable cottage located on Bethany Canal, an easy walk, bike ride, or trolley to the Boardwalk and BEACH! Perfect for families (comfortably sleeps 4 adults and plus children), and small groups of friends alike! 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, plus an enclosed outdoor shower. Very clean, tons of natural light, and plenty of outdoor space -- including a relaxing and bright sunroom/porch, small deck out back with a grill, and large front porch. The space Cozy and bright beach cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, and ample outdoor space! MAX occupancy is 6 adults, but up to 8 if you're including children/infants. PLEASE NO BEACH WEEK RESERVATIONS. Guest access The entire house is yours to use (with the exception of the shed and owner's closet in the bathroom.) All guests must be 21+ please. Of course with the exception of children/young adults travelling with their families. Other things to note During prime season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), please send me a request if you have a stay shorter than 5-7 days. We will do our best to accommodate! May and Sept have a 3 night minimum. Any other time of the year, there is no minimum. Thank you.
