Villa Lungomonte is truly a grandiose villa! Constructed in the 15th century as a hunting retreat for the De Medici family, it offers all the grace of a bygone era combined with modern conveniences such as air-conditioned bedrooms, a lift, satellite television and Wi-Fi connection inside and outside the villa. As the gate opens you'll find your beautiful villa right in front of you, following your long private drive you'll get to your parking, only a few steps and there's the entrance with its big foyer, the grand old stone staircase and the amazing cupola form the 15th century with beautiful decors. You and your guests will be wowed as you cross the entrance leading into the big ballroom with its vaulted ceilings and lovely balcony admiring the valley; on a clear day you can see the leaning tower of Pisa in the distance. The ballroom has its sitting area and fireplace, together with and old grand piano (ornamental). Two beautifully appointed rooms open to the ballroom, your formal dining room and the Friends room: sitting area equipped with satellite tv, cards table. Also on the floor you'll find a marvelous old sitting area with one of the oldest fireplaces existing in Italy, this room is perfect for your afternoon tea or evening coffee. There are also your in-house studio, perfect if you need some space to work and on the side of the dining: your breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen where you or your home cook will be able to prepare the most delicious tuscan meals! As you walk down the marble staircase at the balcony or exiting the grand entrance you can walk to the big pool. Equipped with its casita boosting an outdoor and indoor kitchen, full bathroom, outdoor shower, tennis table, volleyball net, goals for football, sun loungers and a covered dining patio the pool area is the perfect get together space for all your family and friends! Enjoy our summer days to the fullest, make memories that will last forever, and don't forget to share them on our social media platforms! And when dinner comes the old oak tree is just perfect for your party to enjoy your evening meal, prepared by your home cook or together in the kitchen. Meet by the lounges for an apertitivo and as the sun sets move to the dining table with its fairy lights. Dinner couldn't be more perfect at your tuscan summer home! Back inside the villa boast 2 bedrooms floors and the old cellar: perfect for special occasions or your in-house wine tasting with local producers coming to you and sharing their wines heritage. Walk the old staircase or take your in-house lift to reach both first and second floor where your bedrooms are located. The first floor boosts 8 bedrooms while on second floor there are 7 more bedrooms, most are ensuite and some are sharing a bathroom every two. But it doesn't end here, within a short walk through the property you can reach two cottages., perfect for your big group holiday, wedding or birthday party. One Cottage is 3 minutes walk through the garden on the back side and has 2 bedrooms, its bathroom and a small kitchen on support. The second cottage is larger with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in an old Mill you can reach through your private and stunning olive grove (another spot great for your party or special nights).
