The house is just 2 blocks from the beach and one block from the many bars and restaurants in Dewey. The house has 3 BR/2.5 BA and recently underwent a first floor renovation including the kitchen. The space Our house has been extensively updated with a brand new master bath, updated guest bath, new furniture, new fireplace, new front steps. refinished deck and many other new features and upgrades. In addition to the master bedroom, there are 2 guest bedrooms, both with new bedding, fresh carpet and fresh paint. The house has 2 and 1/2 baths. Master Bedrooms: This home features an oversize master suite with full bath, walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. The master has two queen beds (with still plenty of room to get around). In addition, the very large walk-in closet in the master bedroom has two single bunkbeds and a bedside table with still plenty of closet space for clothing. (Please note, however, that this is not considered a bedroom and there is no window in that room.) Guest bedrooms: The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and chair and the third bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed, closet, dresser and bedside table. Guest access Guests will have the entire house. Other things to note Check-in/check-out days are on Fridays.
