Cozy room close to Älvsjö fair and Stockholm city

A room of 12 sqm in a 70 sqm apartment. Shared spaces are a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, dining table and bathroom with shower, washing machine. Bedroom with 90 cm bed, desk, sofa and storage. Sports field and Hagsätra service center, public poolarea summertime. 25 min walk or bus to Älvsjö fair/station, commuter train e.g. Stockholm 16 min. 10 min walk to metro, green line e.g. Stockholm 23 min. Restaurant 3 min walk. Lovable chihuahua sometimes in shared areas. The space Good alternative if you're looking for a nice place to stay on a somewhat longer term basis, maybe you are a tourist, student or distance worker. We take part of the extended program concerning Covid 19 and are fully vaccinated. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, hallway and private room. During your stay I live here with my 23-year old daughter and teenage son part time. We are happy to help with suggestions on what to see or do in Stockholm / Sweden or answer general questions. Other things to note Small but comfy apartment, the room is next to kitchen thus some noise sometimes is unavoidable. I often get questions about the bunkbed but it is still a private room, only for one person.
