Spacious Private Annex

Our beautifully presented private annex provides a perfect base for your stay (now with microwave following popular demand!). We’re conveniently located just off the M6 near J16/17. Our property is an ideal spot for families wanting to explore the area, small cycling/walking groups or for those just passing through. The space Recently renovated, the property is well equipped with everything you might need for your stay: A king size bed in the upstairs, a spacious toilet/shower room, a small but perfectly formed kitchenette inc. microwave and a pull out double sofa bed. There is Wifi, a TV (with Freeview and Netflix) and a radio available for your use. An EV car charging point is also available at an additional charge Guest access Guests have access to private off road parking on the main drive. Other things to note We now provide a microwave and have added a mattresses topper for the sofabed and even more cushions. We provide cereal, tea & coffee which is included within the price. If you'd like something more substantial let us know and we can stock you up a little with some local farm shop ingredients (at cost). We have a travel cot, highchair, children's toys, and an iron available on request for no extra charge.
