Much care and attention to detail has been poured into the design and functionality of the property so you can enjoy an effortless stay. It’s located in an elevated position, set back from the road to take in beautiful views of Kangaroo Valley. The modern architecturally designed home is located in the heart of the Kangaroo Valley village. The space The Terrace house is a modern architecturally designed home. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s located the heart of the Kangaroo Valley Village. The house is very spacious, light, modern and very comfortable place to relax. It is set back from Moss Vale road with beautiful views of the escarpments. Experience all the village has to offer with just a very short walk (100m) to the village cafes, restaurants, hotel and more. The master bedroom is large with a queen bed and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the front deck with beautiful views of the heritage precinct and the mountains beyond. In addition a porta cot can be provided in either room if needed. The open plan living, kitchen and dining rooms look out to a large private top deck that’s the prefect place for a BBQ while enjoying the great views of the escarpments that Kangaroo Valley is famous for. The backyard is a peaceful private space with a fire pit and kids slide. It’s a beautiful place to relax on a hot summers day. You are welcome to turn sprinklers on for children to play. Please note the front and back gardens are not fenced. The house is perfectly suited for couples, small groups or families to have a relaxing break. Please be aware that the house features multiple sets of stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty navigating stairs. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete access to the entire home and its gardens. The Tailor’s terrace offers 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan living area with dining and kitchen spaces, and designated parking for one car (ample on-street parking is also available). Outdoor amenities include a front garden, lower and upper decks, a back deck, and a private backyard. The backyard features a fire pit, swing, and slide, perfect for outdoor relaxation and play. Other things to note Kangaroo Valley is ideally located between the Southern Highlands and the South Coast’s white sand beaches. It’s a great spot for outdoor activities like bushwalking, kayaking, and exploring hidden waterfalls. For a more active getaway, you can enjoy golf, tennis, and bike rides with stunning views. After a day of adventure, relax with a massage or check out the local food scene. The beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay are just 40 minutes away, and with over 100 beaches in the Shoalhaven area, you'll have plenty of options to explore. Whether you're looking to unwind or stay active, Kangaroo Valley has it all. The Tailor’s Terrace is supplied with everything you will need to a have a relaxing stay. We are located directly across the road from the Kangaroo valley community swimming pool. It’s a great place to cool off on hot summer afternoons. We are a family & child friendly house. We welcome families traveling with children. Additional bedding, cots, linen, high chair, books toys and puzzles for children can be provided upon request. Please let us know if you are travelling with children so we can provide these little extras. Washing powder provided. Reverse cycle air conditioning and block out blinds in all rooms. Quality linen, bath and beach towels provided. Free Wifi and Netflix. Wifi is fast and reliable. The Tailor's Cottage is located at the front of the property. The two home's are completely private and separate but can be booked together for larger family groups. We accept some pets upon request.
