Yani and 15 Minutes from downtown Semarang, our housing complex is integrated with a Clubhouse with swimming pool facilities, sports center, Cafe, and also very close to instagrammable Restaurants like Mr. K and Gama resto. If you want to relax on an afternoon walk with family and couples, there are beautiful views of Lake BSB that you can enjoy. The space Kayla's Home is a private residence in the BSB Citraland housing complex with a modern concept and blends in with nature, here you can experience a stay with a home-like atmosphere, our home's interior design is comfortable and warm, with lots of natural lighting to give a healthy and comfortable impression, not forgetting the inn housekeeping facilities we have prepared for you, to ensure your comfort during your stay in our home. Guest access Ground floor: - Bedroom 3 : 1 bed size 160 x 200 cm (2 people) and air conditioner - Bathroom shower - Kitchen - Laundry room 1st Floor : - Master bedroom: 1 bed uk 200 x 200 cm (2 people) and air conditioner and en-suite bathroom (bathub) - Bedroom 2 : 1 bed size 160 x 200 cm (2 people) and air conditioner and en-suite bathroom (shower) - Lounge. Other things to note - As a family home, where our home is home to our children and parents, we apply strict rules for those of you who smoke, we have prepared ashtrays and places to smoke on the balcony, backyard and front terrace of our house. - You can use the kitchen for cooking, but please understand not to cook non-halal food. - Make sure that guests who come to stay are in accordance with what you have told us, if there are additions beyond our maximum provisions (8 people) an additional fee of 100,000/night will be charged. - Please take off your footwear outside the house, it is forbidden to use footwear inside the house. - Please take care of all furniture, household appliances and furniture in our home, any damage that occurs during check-in will be fined.
