Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. We are in the mid of Cuneo, half an hour from the mountains, 15 min. from the Langhe, and 50 min. from the sea. For less than 6 people contact us if you want whole house. The space The Villa is located in the center of the village but in a quiet area. Our big garden will allow you to relax your mind. The area is entirely surrounded by a hedge that guarantees privacy and if you have children the playground area (swings, slides) will allow you to relax while keeping control of your children. The availablre rooms are 3: a small one, ones medium size and ones decidedly spacious. The largest is equipped with direct access to a bathroom. The other two bedrooms has a a bathroom shared. The common area is located around the natural heater and it's used as a relax area and supply for breakfasts in winter. The kitchen area is positioned under a porch overlooking the garden and the possibility of having lunch close to the garden (It is recommended to use in summer or mid-season, since there is no heating, in winter becomes less comfortable) . We live in ground floor apartment with independent entranceIn the case of reservations of less than 6 people, we reserve the right to occupy a free room (if you intend to have the house at your exclusive disposal, contact us in advance) Guest access You have the rooms in the attic with common but independent access. In addition, a park of 2000 square meters will guarantee relax and refreshment. A porch, a kitchen (to use in summer or mid-season, since there is no heating, in winter becomes less comfortable) , a playground and a barbeque complete the offer of the house. In winter season (and cold autumn / spring months) it is not possible to use a "summer kitchen" and a porch for lunches and dinners. Other things to note We also guarantee support for experience/visits to the territory, transfers, advice on tours in the mountains, in the Langhe or in the cities. We are the best location to reach the Langhe (15 minutes), the mountains (30 minutes) and the sea (1 hour). 4 km access to the highway.
