Guest house Emanuela

House is far from Rastoke 7 minutes by car and from the Plitvice lakes 30 min. The house has a kitchen with all equipment and fridge, a bathroom, a living room where is a flat TV with satellite channels. Sofa in living room is bed for 2 people. On the floor is a bedroom with double bed and one one-size beds. Also has a balcony and a terrace where you can relax. In the house there is a wi-fi and air conditioning. Part of the exterior of the house is covered with stone, which is manually chiseled. The space On the ground floor there is: - a bathroom with a shower, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and hair dryer - a living room with a couch that can be folded into bed, lcd tv with lots of programs in English, German, French, Italian etc. - a kitchen - there is a dining table, fridge with small freezer space, dishes, bowls, pots, everything needed for food preparation. On the first floor there are beds, one double bed and one single beds. On all beds there are Dormeo overhungers for more comfortable sleeping. Next to each bed has a nightstand with a night lamp. Also has a middle wardrobe for clothes. In the bedroom is air conditioner. Guest access Guests have at their disposal: - a children's swing, - a terrace with table and benches, - a parking space in front of the house, - a grill with dinning space - a house - free wifi - AC - iron and ironing board - soap, shampoo, toilet paper, shower gel - bedding, 1 large and 1 small towel for every person - welcome drink Other things to note I live in a house next to guest house Emanuela so if you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact me.
