This unit is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. A private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay. The space Peaceful backyard setting with covered deck. Fully self contained unit with your own bathroom and kitchen area. Small dog on property. There are two units on the property, they share one adjoining wall but have separate entrances and separate decks. The property is best described as private, occasionally communal. Everyone has their own private space, you won't see us very often but you will hear the sounds of daily life occasionally and may see someone watering the fruit trees out the front or tending the vege gardens at the back. There is an outside laundry on the main house deck with independent access and lines for hanging laundry or drying racks for your deck if you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped for making basic meals and please feel free to cook outside on the deck. There is an under counter fridge, a two burner plug in electric hotplate that can be used inside or out and all the cooking equipment, saucepans, frying pan etc and a BBQ. Guest access The parking area is in the front of the property either on the verge or on a mulched drive through area and be aware it is not undercover at this stage. It is short walk to the unit through a gate and down a path. Everything is well lit for night arrivals. Other things to note You share some of the main garden with the pond, there will be frogs and you may see people and/or a little dog occasionally. Please note your unit does share a communal wall with the other unit on the property. Quiet time after 10pm. Between February and April every year the garden is visited by a flock of rare Carnaby's Black Cockatoos in the huge Lilac tree.
