This apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two of the bedrooms open up onto a lovely lawn with partial sea views, a perfect getaway for a family of 6. Master Bedroom – Queen size bed & full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Bedroom 2 – Two single beds. Bedroom 3 – Two single beds. Guest Bathroom – Full bathroom with a shower. The open plan living space offers a fully equipped, self catering kitchen with an extended nook that seats six people, flowing into the spacious lounge with sliding doors leading out onto an enclosed patio boasting lovely distant ocean views. The patio consists of a six seater table and a charcoal braai to enjoy a lovely meal with your family whilst relaxing with sundowners and perhaps spot a dolphin or two. Feel the need to connect or catch up on the latest, the lounge features a TV with DSTV (commercial package). You will find a communal swimming pool and tennis courts set among the beautifully cared for gardens of the complex, take a walk and enjoy the crystal clear waters on a hot summers day. The unit is accessed via stairs leading down from the parking area. There is one carport and extra open parking provided for your vehicle, as well as trailer parking. The complex is securely fenced and accessed via boom gates and 24 hour security Guest access Guest will be able to access the communal swimming pool area and braai area. There is a beach gate on the property whereby guest can access the short walk between the complex and the beach entrance. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in, the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further).
