A 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms one with ensuite and separate bathroom. 10 to 15 minutes walk to main bus terminal Victoria centre, or choice of bus stop very near apartment . U can get to most places from terminal, including beaches, ferry port, attractions. Theres restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, very old cidadel full history worth seeing. There's morning flea market. A choice of 2 supermarkets, pharmacy are very close by 3 mins walk which is very convenient. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and an additional private balcony too. The 2nd bedroom has two 3ft beds.There's also 2nd bathroom at the property. Both balconies have a small table and chairs. Apartment is walking distance to main bus terminal or near the apartment theres bus stop. You can travel to the rest of the island for 1.50 euro or 2 euro ticket lasting 2 hours. (price changes seasonal) The apartment is a corner property, one of only 4 in the block and provides spacious accommodation all on the same level . It is a quiet area inhabited mainly by local people. There is external access to the rooftop terrace (children of young age supervision is advisable as precaution ). There are two outside balconies with a table & chairs (young children supervision is also advised as a precaution ). Smoking is not allowed indoors, but u are welcome to smoke outside on the balconies. Guest access Guests will be provided with instructions to obtain the key from an external lockbox. Or will b met on arrival, also if I'm free I will glady pick up guests and take them to the apartment at no extra cost 😀 Other things to note Polite notice 😃. Washing up liquid, toilet paper, washing soap will b provided for all guests within moderation , as the apartment is self catering. This also reflects on the reasonable pricing. Electric fans are provided for guests free of charge. There's washing machine and WiFi also free charge . Air conditioning and heating is also available via meter approx 2hrs per 1 euro. There's free credit put on the meters in the hotter months . All guests will be given a welcome pack on arrival which is complementary . Reservations 7 nights and over , a bottle of local wine and some fresh fruit will also be included. I would politely like to ask all guests when a reservation is made please put the correct number of guests. Any additional guests will b charged. Reservations made for 2 guests have got choice of the king-size bed bedroom or 2 single beds in a bedroom as one bedroom will b closed off. I try to do my best to keep prices reasonable and are based on 2 people sharing a bedroom. Extra persons is a small charge of 10 euro per night per person, this also applies when guests of just 2 people want separate bedrooms ( this only applies to stays up to 7 nights ) The apartment is 2 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 persons. I do my best also to accommodate extra persons fairly. Also there are discount offers on 7 nights plus stays certain times of the year, and larger discounts on 28 nights plus stays.
