Well-equipped kitchen, good shopping right outside the front door. Weekly market (Sat.) The space The 300-year-old listed house has been lovingly renovated. Historical elements meet poppy new built-ins and selected designer furniture. The apartment extends from the small pedestrian zone on the west side to our private courtyard with fig trees on the east side. It is very nicely exposed and has beautiful views (Art Nouveau gable opposite). Biological materials: oiled plank floors, limed walls, glass, brass, exposed concrete. Guest access The rented apartment is locked, accessible only to the guests and accessed via a staircase. You are welcome to use our small courtyard. Fresh peppermint grows under the fig tree for salad, tea or cocktail. Via the courtyard you can reach the vaulted cellar (key on request) with a small supply of good local wines. Here you can help yourself, the price list (farm prices of the wineries) is available. Perhaps you will discover a new favorite winemaker that you would like to visit during your stay at the winery. Other things to note WEINHAUS MOSER used to be one of the popular inns in the town. The old pub in front of the pedestrian area is nowadays the meeting room of our architectural office. From time to time, we or friends have small cultural or culinary events here, such as wine tastings, Friday cuisine, concerts, drawing sessions, exhibitions.
