Gite la Grange near the medieval city of Laon

It is in Molinchart, charming village of Aisne located 7 km from Laon, that Josette renovated this old stone barn, adjoining her house, to make it a cosy cottage for 4 people. The barn is the ideal place to stay to relax as close as possible to nature (less than 10 minutes from the forest of Saint-Gobain!). On sunny days, you will share with your host an enclosed, flowered and wooded garden of nearly 300 m2. Enjoy a relaxing stay just 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris! The space Inside your cottage of 60 m², you will find all the necessary equipment for your stay : on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen of 18 m² * and a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. On the first floor : a reading corner has been set up, you will find books, board games and some toys for children as well as a folding extra bed that can possibly be used as a fifth bed. On the night side, you will have two bedrooms: one of 18 m² with double bed 140x190, a wardrobe and a seating area with two armchairs and a TV. The second bedroom of 12 m² has a double bed 140x190 and a closet wardrobe to store your clothes. The laundry room with washing machine is shared with the owner and is located in an annex building. * Kitchen equipment: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Outside, you have a private terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and barbecue. You will also have access to the enclosed garden, with trees and flowers of 300 m² to share with the owner. Parking space adjoining your cottage is reserved for you. Guest access Equipped with a separate entrance, the cottage, the barn is adjoining the house of your host Josette.
