Kitchen: clean drinking water/filter, dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishes, etc. Bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, dryer. Separate toilet. The use of an electric sauna is free, only bamboo brooms (available) are allowed to maintain cleanliness. Bath amenities, towels, hats included! Wi-Fi. On the territory there is a gazebo with furniture, a barbecue. 2 own piers across the road 100 meters from the house, which are used by guests. Rowboat rental. Possibility of organizing excursions/fishing on a speedboat designed for 6 people. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Other things to note At check-in, a passport is required to draw up a contract and a 5000 ruble deposit, which is refunded after the house is handed over. When checking out, the house must be as clean as possible in the condition in which it was accepted!
