Cozy apartment on the beautiful Ammersee for 1 - 4 people! Our house is situated in a quiet location on a 2,000 m² overgrown property. The apartment is bright and cozy with views of the countryside. In about 9 minutes on foot you can reach the train station, a small supermarket with bakery, a jetty and our beach with a lake pavilion (food & drink) on Lake Ammersee. Hiking & biking trails start right at your doorstep. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. The space Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is on the 1st upper floor of our house. Bedroom s: - Bedroom 1: With a French double bed (160 × 200) - Bedroom 2: With a double bed (180 x 200) Living room: - A cozy large corner sofa (200 x 200) - Coffee table - TV + stereo system - Large dining table with 4 chairs Kitchen: - Small dining table with 4 chairs - 2 electric hotplates - Fridge (50-60 liters) - Microwave - Toaster - Coffee maker for filter coffee - Espresso maker - Electric kettle - Electric hand mixer - Basics like vinegar & oil, pepper & salt are available Bathroom & toilet: - Bathtub - Shower (with holder) -Washbasin - WC Washer & dryer: - Can be used together in the laundry room of the house Guest access The apartment can be reached by a staircase and is lockable. The apartment key is handed over via a key safe. Arrival and departure is possible at any time during the agreed period. Street parking in the immediate vicinity of the house is easily possible. The car can be loaded and unloaded directly at the house. Other things to note We have our cat Jasper. Therefore, it is not possible to bring your own pets. 2 bicycles are freely available New from 2025: Private barrel sauna with wood-burning stove with stunning views of the garden. If you want to use the garden sauna, it costs sauna towels, optionally 2 biological sauna infusion oils, cleaning, disinfection and a wooden basket for approx. 2 - 3 sauna sessions, €35 More firewood can be booked!
