Guest access The accommodation consists of: • Living room: tables, chairs, sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), additional sofa bed mattress in the living room that can be used for 2 additional beds, 80 cm TV... • Open kitchen: Oven with ceramic hob - fridge freezer - microwave - coffee maker - kettle - Tassimo... • Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer • Separate toilet • Bedroom: bed for 2 people + sofa bed for 1 person. Cot available on request Air cooler, fan Sheets, towels and tea towels provided Other things to note Check-in to the apartment can be from 2 p.m. There is a lockbox for self check-ins. I hand over the keys personally weekdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (unless unavailable) Weekends from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. I prefer to hand over the keys in person, I enjoy welcoming people. In case of late arrival or unavailability on my part, the key box is available for more autonomy. No cleaning fee is charged to your reservation, so we ask tenants to return the apartment in the condition they found it. If the cleaning is not done, a surcharge of €30 will be due for the cleaning fee
