Beautiful rural house, 50 min from Madrid, 15 min from La Pinilla ski resort, very close to Pedraza, Sepúlveda, the Hoces del Duratón, the Ribera del Duero wine route and the red and black villages. There are waterfalls, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking, motorcycle rides, etc. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, disconnect, eat well and enjoy a good wine. You'll love a stay at this pleasant cottage. The space Only you will live in the house (there are no spaces shared with anyone else). The kitchen, a large living room with a terrace, 1 to 3 bedrooms and a huge fenced garden, belonging only to the house, where you can also leave the car, are available. All the trees on the farm are fruit trees, there are also berries such as blackberries or strawberries in season, white and red grape vines and many aromatic herbs, medicinal herbs and a small vegetable garden. Sometimes the garden has tall grasses because it is completely organic and natural, and we do not use herbicides. Those dry herbs and leaves, fallen from the trees, are necessary to create a mantle on the earth that protects this small forest where tranquility and birdsong reign :) Pets are welcome, and they will also be happy to run around on a property that is safe for them. The price listed in the rate is per pet per stay. Up to three pets are allowed, but this fee, when it is more than one pet, is requested for each of them through Airbnb. A surcharge of €39 must be paid for each additional pet per stay. Guest access The necessary rooms are opened depending on the number of guests you are, the rest remain closed.
