The space This is a simple but beautiful house about 800 sq.ft in size. It is located in a scenic environment offering breathtaking views of lake and hills. The property is situated in gated community with 24 hours security. It has a sit out, one living room, one bedroom and a kitchen. There is one W.C. – bathroom, one Indian toilet and one bathroom. There is a covered terrace of about 700 Sq. Ft which offers spectacular views of the unpolluted rural night skies. There is one sofa cum bed in hall which can accommodate 2 persons. A double bed in bedroom. 1 single bed in sit out and 4 beds on terrace. Property can accommodate 10 persons comfortably. Tea and coffee facilities are provided within the unit itself for your convenience. The furniture includes 12 plastic chairs, a corner piece, dining table and a round centre piece etc. Clean bedding and towels are provided. To enjoy beautiful nights in the company of friends or near and dear ones, basic barbecue grill set is provided. A star dial, books on birds and snakes are available for those who are interested. Please take note that dining table is damaged and hence removed, though can be seen in pictures. Guest access Guests can access the entire property as it will be exclusively occupied by them during their stay. Other things to note Guests have to submit copies of AADHAAR card and current address proof with contact details of all the guests. Barbeque set-up is provided. However, for coal charges of Rs.250/- extra applicable.
