Bello Narnia

Bello Narnia is a house located in the Welbedacht Area, on the Western side of Knysna. The beautiful 3-bedroom house has one full en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) for the Main bedroom. For Bedroom 2 & 3 a small bathroom with shower (only) is shared. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge & in-house braai area gives you a warm feeling and is family friendly. The outside patio has a view of a green nature area. Narnia Village is a safe & quiet complex that is also children friendly. The space PARKING & ACCESS: The Parking Area is on the ground level, directly in front of the house. To access the house from the Parking Area, you will go down one flight of wooden steps on the outside to reach the front door. 1ST LOWER LEVEL: Beyond the front door, on this 1st lower level, you will find the open-plan living, dinning and kitchen area and also the patio. 2ND LOWER LEVEL: Back to the front door and entrance area (with guest toilet), you will go down another 2 sets of wooden stairs inside the house to get to the bedrooms that is on the bottom level. On the 1st lower level where the lounge and living area is you will find a fully equipped kitchen that has a door leading to a separate scullery. The dining area is furnished with an 8-seater rustic dining table and continuing in the theme also an open-plan lounge with TV. There is an in-house braai available that can also be used as a fire place in the winter months. The comfortable living/lounge area opens on a wooden patio that has a view of a beautiful green protected nature area. There is a wooden garden table and chairs for you to enjoy the view and relax. Back to the 2nd lower level you will find 3 bedrooms that can sleep 5 people. The Main bedroom with a king size bed has an en-suite full bathroom (bath & shower). This bedroom also has a glass door leading outside to the bottom garden. The 2nd bedroom (Queen bed) and 3rd bedroom (Single) has a small shared bathroom (shower only). Please note that this is a quiet family residential complex on the outskirts of Knysna, overlooking nature. Guest access The owner (young, vibrant and working full time) lives on the property most of the time. She has her own separate entrance to her flat and living area that will not interfere with your privacy. She will only be available per telephone, as sy also travels and is not there all the time. The TV with basic DSTV only (Easy View) has SABC 1,2,3 & E-TV available. You are welcome to bring movies with to watch on the DVD Player. No wifi available.
