La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Country cottage, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century farmhouse, located in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace. The space This 50 m2 cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms with exposed beams and old parquet. - A first bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) - A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) The living room and kitchen are combined to create a large living space where you will also find a fireplace stove for cool or romantic evenings by the fire. Board games, tourist guides, as well as books are available. The TV receives English satellite channels and French TNT. - Kitchen: oven and gas stove / microwave / kettle / coffee maker / toaster / washing machine / refrigerator - Living room: TV / internet / board games / library The small bathroom is simple and comfortable with shower, sink and toilet. - Hairdryer / towels We also offer all the essentials to accommodate young children. (Bed / high chair / changing mat / baby play box) All linens are included in the price and are changed on request for an additional fee. Heating: There is a wood-burning stove in the cottage, we provide you with wood to make a beautiful fire. Guest access To sit outside you can enjoy a private terrace with table and chairs on the south side (overlooking the woods), as well as access to the private garden with BBQ and swing. Our vegetable garden (in permaculture) is next to the gîte and overlooks the valley and fields. We offer vegetables and fruits from our garden in the right season as well as honey from our hives placed in our garden. Other things to note Depending on our availability (and the weather😉), we offer pony rides for children from 5 to 10 years old, at €15 for 1 child and €25 for 2. In addition, children who want to help brush, care for or clean the ponies are always welcome! Following the death of one of our ponies, we currently have only one pony to provide rides.
