Private room in single-story house. The house is located in the countryside, about 15 minutes from Montauban. The nearest village is 1.5 km away. Wi-Fi access in the house and a TV in the room. There are two dogs in the house. Towels are not provided. Linens are provided. I don't have a coffee maker but I have instant coffee available. No air conditioning but a fan. The space Comfortable and functional home. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, you have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower), toilet, kitchen (dishes, microwave, gas stove). You can store things in my fridge or freezer if needed. Other things to note My kids and I try to be as eco-friendly as possible by not wasting water, both when doing dishes and in the shower. We also systematically turn off the lights in rooms as soon as we leave them. It's also very much appreciated when guests do the same. I also appreciate that the bedroom window is opened to ventilate a little every day and that the shutter is left up during the day in case of absence to bring in the sunlight in winter and that everything is left closed in summer to keep it cool. There is no air conditioning but there is a fan for the summer. For winter, the heat pump is set to 18 degrees.
