Dennis' and Penny's Guest House

We are located in Tucson close to UArizona in the La Madera neighborhood, an established central neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and area attractions. We live in the main house. COVID-19: 24 hour minimum between guests, own entrance, check-in and check-out is contactless, and AC/heating unit is separate. Cleaning supplies are in the guest house for extra cleaning you may want to do. The space Our guest house is cute, comfortable, quiet and affordable. You'll find many touches of home. We are great hosts who enjoy meeting our guests and sharing Tucson with them. Guest access A private entrance, 700 sq. ft. guest house, TV/VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi. private patio, and on-site parking. We have a BBQ grill for you to enjoy grilling a great meal and a bike rack too. Other things to note Our guests love our guest house and we know you will too!
