Valfréjus is a familly ski-resort that is ideally situated at the French-Italian border. It is also a well known freeriding and off-piste skiing resort, where you will be able to try speed-flying. At the border of the Vanoise national park, it will please nature lovers and ski touring practitioners. Unlimited skiing in La Norma with regular free shuttle buses. At 20 min from Orelle in order to be able to ski at Les Trois Vallées if wished. The space For peace and quiet, welcoming, warming, a top-floor flat of 45m2 + 10m2 of balcony (with elevator) at the Le Cheval Blanc residence, offering an exceptional view on the Vanoise national park. Guest access Included in the price: rent of the flat and it's ski locker, cold/warm water, electricity, blankets/pelows, WIFI access. Not included: bed linens, towels, security deposit, tourist tax. In option: bedding linens / towels rent, departure house cleaning service, baby equipment (bed, chair...) on special request, ski rent, ski lessons, pre-ordered ski pass... The flat has : -Living-room with a sofa bed (140x190cm) for 2 people, a big table with chairs for 8 people, a television and some storage. -Fitted kitchen that gives onto the living-room, with ceramic cooker with 4 burners, a microwave with grill, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, utensils and dishes for more than 8 people. -Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) that can be broad together to have a king-size bed, with some storage. -Bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80x190cm), with some storage. -Mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x190cm) that can be broad together to have a king-size bed. -Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. -Big balcony on the 8th and top floor of the residence with a panoramic view on the mountains and the valley. -Free parking in front of the building. -Personal secured ski locker. -Several appliances included : vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, clothes hanger rack, Raclette grill machine... -New (12/2021): Internet and the WIFI is now provided for free from the flat. Other things to note The end of the stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests : either you do it yourselves, either it is done by the real-estate agency at a price of 80€ (price to be verified directly with it as invoice and service not managed by the host).
