Our cool and comfortable 1BR unit is FULLY FURNISHED - with 1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed, extra mattress, 43" SMART TV, complete kitchen & dining, ready to give you a very satisfying stay with the chance to access the amenities of one of the country's prime resort - Pico De Loro. The space The unit has bigger space than regular units in Pico De Loro Condominium. Too spacious for 2 persons, comfortable for 5 people. The unit is fully furnished - with 43" SMART TV, microwave oven, bread toaster, electric airpot, induction cooker, rice cooker, ref, hot and cold shower. Guest access Clean beach, various beach activities like beach volleyball/kayak/banana boat/snorkeling, with very nice swimming pools, good retaurants for dining, and a recreation center inside the resort. Guests can access Pico De Loro's amenities, but have to pay the applicable guest fee. Guest fee is per head but one time payment only and will be honored for 1 week. For everyone's reference, it's Php1200 for adult and Php500 for children ages 4-12.** **Subject to change based on Pico De Loro's rates. Beach activities are also subject to resort fees.
