The space This barn conversion is quaint and beautifully decorated and well presented. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with a third in the loft space near the front entrance. The crogg loft is unsuitable for young children and the elderly it has a paddle staircase and a fire exit. Other than the crogg loft the house is accessible for the elderly and less abled. The property has a large kitchen area and the living room has a large patio door which leads out to a gravel patio and garden area. The patio door and garden has uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding farmland. The beach is one mile from the house and is quiet and secluded. The area is quiet and a peaceful retreat. The area is surrounded with beautiful coastal paths and open countryside. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house and its own garden area and parking Other things to note This property suits couples and families alike and is accessible for elderly people and people with disabilities. The property is a no smoking property and pet free zone. The surrounding area is farmland and walking through the fields is not permitted at this time. There are no BBQ facilities on the premises and because of insurances these are not allowed. The beach however is one mile away and what better place to have a BBQ. The accommodation sleeps only 6 guests, there is also another barn next door which sleeps 6. Additional unregistered guests or visitors to this property is not permitted.
