Large backyard. Pets are welcome but please note the property is not fully fenced. The queen bedroom can be closed off to create a zone with bathroom and toilet. The space Great space for families. Large living room with playstation and Netflix with separate dining room and kitchen is well stock with essential supplies. Large undercover deck overlooking back garden is perfect for relaxing. The kids/bunk bedroom is large with TV and playstation. The open fire on the deck is perfect for those nights that it gets a bit cool. Guest access Guests have access to entire home along with large outside garden and undercover parking. Other things to note Just an easy 5 minute walk to the Blairgowrie village with lots of restaurants and cafes. It also has a pedestrian traffic light for safe easy access to the beach. We leave the house well stocked with lots of spices and condiments so you don't have to buy large amounts when you only need a little.
