Pet friendly, Starlink, EV Charging, W/D in unit

The guest house is private and quiet. Situated on 5 acres, with a large yard, woods, flowers and a man-made pond. The yard is a great place for dogs to run. We are about 10 minutes from Costco, Safeway, Target, Home Depot and the YMCA. We are also about 10 minutes to the historical downtown waterfront Harbor. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and those traveling for work. Many of our guests have stayed 6 weeks to 3 months. Plenty of space to park and a EV charger if needed. The space It's located on 5 wooded and manicured acres. It has a spacious living area with a queen sofa bed . A flat screen TV. Table and 4 chairs for eating or a workspace. The kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,coffee pot, crock pot, rice maker, blender, mixer, toaster. It has all the dinnerware, cookware, and utensils you should need. It also has coffee, sugar, flour, tea,, and a few spices to get you by for a few days. The Peninsula has 2 bar stools to eat at. The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and closet space. Small iron and ironing board, vacumn and cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, walk in shower and washer and dryer. Towels, hair dryer, and enough Toilet paper, shampoo etc...and laundry soap for a few days. There is also a little extra space in the garage if you need to store a bike or kayak or extra belongings. Guest access The guest house is located on our property. It has a separate entrance off of the garage. Guests feel it is very private. Other things to note Internet speed in the past was unreliable, because there were no good reliable options. Recently invested in Starlink and now have very fast internet. So working from home ( the Guest house) should be a viable option now. The TV is a smart TV. We do not have cable, but streaming services work well.
