Small 50 m2 house completely restored, composed of a bright living room with equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 160 x 200 double bed. Bathroom and separate toilet. You have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs a mezzanine and a large bedroom with 2 single beds. Numerous storage spaces – Wifi – TV – Bluetooth speaker – books – games. Small outdoor courtyard Old town center, quiet. RER station 5 minutes away (40 minutes from Paris) Access to Paris by car 40 minutes The space Behind our house, a small barn has been completely restored to accommodate guests. The courtyard is reserved for them and the land is common but we are not very present and very discreet. We care about the well-being of guests. Other things to note For parking your vehicle there are spaces on the street.
