Welcome to my home! Well-decorated, equipped, comfortable and cozy house to receive you with great affection. Located in a gated community, it is an excellent option to gather family and friends by the fireplace or fire pit on winter days. On sunny days, there is a heated (solar) and lighted pool with a large deck. For foodies, the house offers a barbecue, stove and wood-burning oven. Note: THERE IS AIR-CONDITIONING IN ONLY ONE ROOM, IN THE OTHERS THERE ARE AIR-CONDITIONERS!!! The space Excellent country house, with two parking spaces, located in a gated community, with tree-lined streets, tennis court, multi-sport court, skate park, game room and soccer field with natural grass. Perfect place for a good walk and leisure. It has all the household utensils available, Nespresso coffee maker, four bedrooms (two en-suites and two bedrooms located outside the house). There is air-conditioning in only one of the bedrooms!! In the others, there are air conditioners. Note: THE HOUSE DOES NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN, BATH TOWELS OR FACE TOWELS. In addition to all this, it fully serves those who are in the home office, as the house has Wi-Fi (300 megabytes) and a workstation. House equipped with Carbon Monoxide Detector and Smoke Detector, mandatory safety items. Here you will be close to nature, away from the daily routine and only 65 km from São Paulo. We follow the COVID protocol @atibaiahouse Guest access The house is entirely available to the guest! Other things to note I want to reinforce here the need to comply with the law of silence. No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. Staying in the outdoor areas after this time must be done in a low tone that can never disturb the neighbors, without a sound system and loud laughter. I have already been warned a few times due to the inappropriate behavior of guests for not respecting the law of silence. I am just respecting the law and the neighbors and setting a rule that would be adopted in any inn or hotel. Thank you for your understanding! Don't forget to bring bed linens (sheets, pillowcases and blankets) and bath and face towels, as the bed does not have these items. Reinforcing!!
