While nestled in nature for a secluded feel, you’re only 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and scenic trails. The space Very clean space with a nautical theme. Guest access The main floor, yard, deck including hot tub, & front porch. There are two ways to enter the cottage and both include a flight of stairs. Parking is in the driveway. Other things to note • The property has a whole house generator. Should the electric go out in Hocking Hills, the cottage will still have energy. In the disruption of utilities, or act of God, which is outside of our control, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation and will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service is not guaranteed. • Please remember that you are near the woods. You may see bugs, spiders, and critters occasionally. Please keep all food stored properly to discourage creatures from wanting to enter the property. • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE COTTAGE!! You may smoke outside. An ashtray is provided on the deck to be used for proper disposal of cigarette butts. If evidence of smoking is found in the cottage, there will be a $250 fee charged-NO EXCEPTIONS! • A starter supply of hand soap, dish-washing liquid, dishwasher detergent tabs, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided. • Please abide by hot tub procedures, rules, and precautions posted at the cottage to avoid extra charges and injury. • Absolutely no hunting, no ATV’s, no weapons, including paintball guns or air guns, and no fireworks. . This property is not handicap accessible. Many stairs will need to be climbed in order to reach the entrance. . This property has soft water and a septic system. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper to avoid backing up the septic system! . We are located on Lake Logan but there is no swimming in front of our property. The only swimming is at the dedicated beach, a 5 minute drive away. We do not have a dock.
