Family Friendly Home - huge patio, beach access

Our beautiful home is located 7 minute walking from two of the best public beaches in the area, Stop 37 and Stop 38. Near walking trails and less than 10 minutes from New Buffalo and Michigan City. This home features 3 large bedrooms, newly finished basement with an additional queen pull out bed, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, a huge backyard with a brand new patio equipped with an outdoor kitchen, Article furniture and wood burning fireplace. ** Golfcart can be rented for additional fee The space Our home is bright and airy, cozy yet open, & newly furnished and renovated. There are beds for 8-9 people (plus one pack and play for babies), 2 bathrooms, and a basement playroom for kids. We also just added a huge outdoor patio with a living space, large fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and dining table for 10! We have plenty of beach toys, towels, board games, books, and outdoor games so that you can enjoy your vacation! The location is perfect as you’re close to all the best restaurants, bars etc and feel like you’re in north woods Wisconsin yet a short walk to the beach. Our favorite part about the house is the backyard. There aren’t many private lots left in the area and you’ll want to hangout back there for hours after a day at the beach. Guest access The whole house is yours, we just lock one closet and keep our personal things in there. This is our second home, not a rental property and only rent out 1 - 2 times per year to non family / friends. No parties please. Other things to note We have everything you need for the beach, bbq, and kids. Double stroller, bikes, SUP, and tons of kid books, toys, and beach gear. Golf cart can be rented for $60 extra per day during your stay. Must notify us prior to your stay.
