The house is powered by the sun, with a battery system attached to provide power through the night, and a 7kW Electric Vehicle charger for guest use. The space Upstairs contains the master bedroom with ensuite and separate toilet. The upstairs kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster and a bar fridge, it affords privacy from the rest of the house for that early morning coffee or evening drink. The 3 seater sofa bed is a great place to kick back and enjoy the view, as is the balcony with bar style seating for 6. From the upstairs bedroom, living area and balcony, guests can check the surf and enjoy uninterrupted views of perfect sunsets over the Margaret River coast. Work remotely in style with our recently installed dedicated workspace! Private ocean-view desk in upstairs living space, part of the self-contained suite with kitchenette, balcony, and ensuite bedroom. 25 Mbps Wi-Fi for video calls, and lots of options for a stroll on your breaks. The ground level contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, six seater dining table and a large lounge suite. Outside is a sunny sheltered courtyard with a large BBQ for guest use. The courtyard is secured by a fence and pets are welcome by arrangement. Thoughtful design ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable beachside holiday. Linen and towels are provided. Outside pets are welcome by arrangement (fee applies) , and the outdoor area is fully fenced. The living spaces upstairs and downstairs are equipped with split system air conditioning for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. There is also a slow combustion wood heater at the property. Firewood is available for a fee via prior arrangement. Guest access The whole house and yard is available for guest use. Caretaker accommodation is onsite in a separate dwelling at the rear of the property, and the design affords privacy for guests and caretakers alike. Other things to note Caretaker Accomodation is on site in a separate building at the rear of the property. Kilifi House and The Loft afford privacy from caretakers through thoughtful design, private entries and private outdoor areas.
