“Short-term tourist rental” apartment in Villa,regulated by written contract,as per Italian Law,which will be signed upon arrival. The “Maison” is equiped with every confort and is a 12/15 minute walk from the sea of Soverato (blu flag since 2016).The structure,equipped with comfortable bedrooms,large bathrooms,kitchen-living room and garden equipped with gazebo,reserved for Guests. The tourist tax will be applied from June to September,for the other months will not be retained by the Host The space All rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, ktchen-living rooms, etc.) are spacious and comfortable; the décor is well cared for; access is indipendent; the garden available for guests is kept in perfect order; the surrounding greenery, with its ornamental plants, and the gazebo, with its comfortable armchairs, allow you to enjoy a bit of coolness and relax carefree; the sun shower in the garden allows you to recharge your batteries when you return from a day at the beach; the night lights and spotlights scattered in the area make the outdoor scenery truly enchanting. Guest access The internal structure can be accessed indipendently from the pedestrian gate of the Villa, through the garden equipped with flowers beds, jars, vases, etc. The access level of the apartment can be reached via a small flight of steps. On the same access floor, and only limited to the landing of the corridor, there are rooms reserved for the Host and/or his/her family members. The entrance door remains, however, reserved exclusively for guests. Other things to note The Villa, despite being close to the City, is located in a quiet area, away from the deafening noise of the discos of the beaches and rides, which last until the morning hours, disturbing the quiet of the city. The fortunate location of the Maison, on the other hand, allows for a relaxing and rejuvenating night’s rest. The awakening is characterized by a pleasant warmth of the sun’s rays, which hit the rooms from its dawn, and by the chirping of birds circulating in the garden.
