Ninth Island Coastal Escape: Nimbus Studio

The Nimbus Studio at Ninth Island Coastal Escape is a private, modern, studio style space. With direct ocean access (and minutes walk to surf beach) and an on-site tennis court, it is a fabulous place for the content or the competitive. There are two buildings on site that stand in close proximity, but as guests of the 'Nimbus Studio' you are guaranteed to be the only people onsite. Unless a Complete Escape is booked (both buildings) the 'Noir Two Bedroom' will be blocked out during your stay. The space The Ninth Island Coastal Escape: Nimbus Studio provides a rain shower and deep soak bath, a full kitchen with quality equipment, QS bed, blue ray player, TV, games, light reading and tennis court including half court basketball. Toddlers up to 2 years are welcome and a port-a-cot is provided for free. The 'bedroom' contains a queen size bed only. No additional guests can be catered for (BUT STAY TUNNED FOR OUR NEW DEVELOPMENT). If you would like to stay for a single night please enquire and if possible you will be sent an offer. Please note single night bookings will seem more expensive as I do not charge a separate cleaning fee and this price is constant regardless of length of booking. Guest access All areas including tennis court and water frontage. Other things to note That this is a modern studio space. There is a separate bedroom area but it is not closed off by doors. There have been recent building works on site and the vegetation is still in recovery stage. There is some obstruction to the view of the water from the bathroom area and no longer can you view the ocean from the bath (but you can still do so from the shower). The new building 'Noir Two Bedroom' will be available for separate bookings in 2023 or you can book both properties as a 'complete escape'. Registration Details DA2013/63
