Welcome to The Nook. Nestled on a small seasonal rv park with water view & access. Located adjacent to the PEC Skyway bridge, makes for a quick and easy access to the beautiful wine county. Featuring a relaxing outdoor soaker tub with rainfall shower. Enjoy playing lawn games or a canoe ride on the beautiful Bay of Quinte. Cozy up by the campfire in the evening with a glass of wine on the Adirondack chairs. Ideal for a romantic camping getaway. Come and find out what rv living is all about! The space ✦ Indoor Space ✦ The Nook offers a comfortable balance of indoor and outdoor living. The RV includes a dining table, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. Two towels and two face cloths are provided. There are his and hers closets for storage and a brand-new queen-size Juno mattress for a restful sleep. The entertainment center includes an 18-inch TV and radio connected to a surround sound system inside and outside the RV. Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided so you can enjoy a cozy movie night. Board games and cards are also available for added fun. ✦ Outdoor Space ✦ Relax in your private outdoor soaker tub followed by a refreshing rainfall shower. The space also includes a hammock, outdoor sectional, and a canoe for exploring the water. Lawn games such as Giant Jenga, Yardzee, and cornhole are available, and the front deck features a BBQ and dining table. These activities may involve inherent dangers, particularly for unsupervised children, pregnant individuals, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for themselves and their party and waive any claims against the property owners or host for injuries or accidents related to these activities. Booking confirms that all guests have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver. Guest access ✦ Location & Waterfront Access ✦ The Nook is situated in a small, private RV park. Waterfront access is shared with other guests and park users. Guests are welcome to use the provided canoe—please return it to your lot after each use. For boat launching, the Deseronto Boat Launch is just 5 minutes away. Other things to note ** Firewood, kindling, and firestarter are available for purchase on-site (cash or e-transfer). To protect against local insect infestations, outside firewood is not permitted. ** Early or late check-in/out can be arranged for $25 (up to 1 hour). ** Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and refrain from accessing their property or docks. ** Tap water is safe to drink; we are on city water. ** One pet is allowed only. Pets must be leashed and must clean up after them. Also, ensure they accompany you on day trips, as pets may not be left alone in the RV.
