Florida, Nokomis cottage on the creek. Surrounded by nature, this two bedroom house, is a gem for outdoor enthusiasts. With herons, manatees and osprey, "Old Florida" comes alive. It is a short kayak ride to public beaches or a quick bike ride into Venice using the Legacy Trail. Fishing and boating are available from the private backyard dock. Enjoy our sunshine and fresh Florida sea air and the water views from both bedrooms. The house is a mile and a half from public beaches on the Gulf. The space Nokomis House of Sunshine is a peaceful waterfront cottage. The large master bedroom has one queen bed, and has been recently renovated. It has a private bathroom and is in a separate wing from the other bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds, and the living room has a sofa bed with new queen mattress. All the bedrooms walk out to the east facing screened in lanai and all have views of the water in the back yard. The lanai features bar space, a large dining table, and two lounge chairs for you to relax and enjoy the views of the water. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including a spacious two car garage, screened in lanai, back deck and the dock on the canal. The back yard is a lined with a tall fence providing privacy and security to the guests and their pets. Other things to note Please note if you are bringing a pet, the pet fee will be collected at check in.
